The millennium Falcon
I had promised to my Star Wars mad husband a millennium falcon cake for our anniversary so here is it
Compote
I have made some apple & prunes compote.
Compote is easy to make!
Take some apples (I use gala apple) peel & core them, cut them in small cubes.
Then add a bit of orange juice and a hint of vanilla paste
Let it summer till the apples are cooked, blitz it with your mixer, hand held mixer is fine too, and voila.

Slacking a bit…
Hello there
I haven’t posted in a while yet I have been busy in the kitchen. I’ve done various compotes (that’s cooked fruits purée in English), I’ve made some Beignets (that’s some deep fried pastries), I even made a Millennium Falcon!
